We went to Kashmir through this travel agency and I rate them a 6/5, loved working with them. Would love to go with them again! Wherever they offer their services,100%, no questions asked. Every person, who was involved in getting us safely to the place and back gave their 100%, 10/10 in customer satisfaction section. I rate them 6/5 in all departments customer service, responsive, professional, punctual ( we were late to the agreed time and place, but they weren’t). Now, it’s Jamila’s turn, man! What a person to work with, I must admit that I haven’t worked with anyone like her before. She is clear, patient, professional, responsive, accessible. I almost felt I was talking to my family member about what’s in store for us in this trip. I give her 100/5 for her customer service. You should definitely try them! They are worth every penny.
